What’s new
Dates here are only rough: one version entry may cover several weeks of work. If any Dx behaviour gets in your way, you can turn that feature off in the extension’s settings page (open Dx options in the browser, the same place you installed or configure the add-on).
Version 0.6.34
- Group Manager export: Export CSV and Export + work again with the current symbol list layout, and show a short “Nothing to export” notice when the selected group has no symbols.
- Master Scanner: minor layout and spacing tweaks, more reliable styling when you leave the page and come back, and smoother type-to-filter dropdowns.
Version 0.6.33
- Chart screenshots: fixed screen captures on the Breadth page so the camera icon only shows on the right screens, saves more reliably after a chart loads, and exports smaller JPEG files. Main chart saves use the same lighter format.
Version 0.6.32
- Chart screenshots: a camera icon on the main chart toolbar and on the Breadth page (next to Scan / Export) saves the chart as a PNG. Chart saves use the symbol name and today’s date in the file name when Zone shows one.
- Pop-up windows: fixed a few layout side effects from an earlier dialog width tweak. Symbol search boxes in pop-ups should no longer stretch across the full panel.
Version 0.6.31
- Dialog scrollbars: vertical scrollbar tracks in pop-up windows should keep their normal narrow width again. An earlier layout tweak had accidentally stretched them across the full panel.
Version 0.6.30
- Pop-up messages: short success notices with plain text (for example “Group successfully saved.”) and a Close button now become corner messages too, not only bullet-list validation prompts.
Version 0.6.29
- Pop-up messages: simple validation notices (a short bullet list and a Close button) still turn into a small corner message. Other windows, including charts and fuller dialogs, stay on screen as normal pop-ups so they are less likely to be tucked away by mistake.
Version 0.6.28
- Multiple Stock Performance: export the symbol list beside the chart. Export CSV gives a simple file; Export + lets you add text before or after each symbol and optionally export only the top rows.
- Quick jump: search is more forgiving. Type a few words from a menu name (for example “multi stock performance”) and small spelling slips can still find the right item. Matching destinations with a quick dial code show at the top.
Version 0.6.27
- Scanner charts: stepping through results with previous, next, or the symbol list works when a name has spaces in it (for example NIFTY Alpha 50).
- Pop-up messages: Performance chart notices stay on screen as a normal window instead of shrinking into a small corner message.
- Strategy analysis: backtest and analysis screens with return cards and the monthly returns table should lay out correctly again in the pop-up window.
Version 0.6.26
- Charts and windows: a few screens were showing too narrow after the last update. That should be fixed. Multi-leg charts and small chart settings screens have a bit more room.
Version 0.6.25
- Scanner charts: on the chart strip you get from Master Scanner results, the same short status line you see on the scanner screen (for example scan progress or “scan completed”) can appear just before “Showing 3 of 12”. It updates on the same rhythm as the symbol list while the scan is still running, then settles when the list stops changing.
Version 0.6.24
- Multiple Stock Performance: the chart-side table now shows a simple row number before each symbol (in the symbol column), so long lists are easier to scan at a glance. Other tables on that screen are unchanged.
Version 0.6.23
- Scanner charts: when you open a stock chart straight from scanner results, Dx adds a small strip on the chart: previous and next arrows, a dropdown of the symbols in that scan, and a short line that says where you are in the list (for example “Showing 3 of 15”). You can step through results without closing the chart and going back to the grid.
- If the scan is still finishing, that symbol list quietly refreshes until Zone shows “Scan completed”, so you are less likely to be stuck with an incomplete list.
- The chart type (candles, P&F, and so on) and the timeframe (Daily, five minutes, and so on) you pick can stay with you as you move to the next or previous symbol, so you spend less time re‑choosing the same settings.
- The same keyboard shortcuts you set for “previous” and “next” in Dx settings (the ones that match Zone’s little arrow buttons) work on that strip while the chart is open, without your having to click the chart again each time.
Version 0.6.22
- Housekeeping: clearer labels and help text in Dx settings, plus small wording fixes in the extension.
Version 0.6.21
- Set your own keys for the quick menu, chart shortcuts, and stepping previous / next where Zone shows those little arrows (including beside symbol search in the header).
- Symbol search clears properly, including from the keyboard.
- Shortcut labels in settings read sensibly on Windows and on Mac.
- Reset one shortcut or all of them.
- Dx shortcuts shouldn’t also do something in the browser, for example going Back when you meant to move to the previous symbol.
- The previous / next arrows beside symbol search respond when you use the keyboard shortcut.
Version 0.6.20
- Small pop-up notices are easier to read and dismiss.
Version 0.6.19
- Order ticket area: clearer amount shortcuts and a bit more room to work quickly.
- Quick menu: more destinations and small polish when jumping around the app.
Version 0.6.18
- System Builder: a handful of small fixes while you browse systems.
Version 0.6.17
- Chrome Web Store listing title updated to match the product name shown inside Dx.
Version 0.6.16
- Internal version bump: nothing new in the extension itself.
Version 0.6.15
- Watchlist export flow and panel behaviour tightened up.
- General fixes around the main Zone layout.
Version 0.6.14
- Master Scanner: clearer layout and a few extra assists on screen.
- Saving or printing reports from System Builder got more reliable.
Version 0.6.11
- Another pass on System Builder PDF saves so fewer people hit errors.
Version 0.6.10
- Version label only: no user-facing changes worth calling out.
Version 0.6.9
- Version label aligned with the build; no separate feature drop.
Version 0.6.8
- Quick jump menu and chart helpers expanded and refined.
- Spotlight (the quick menu overlay) looks cleaner and behaves better.
- Options page tidied up.
Version 0.6.7
- Charts got a proper rethink so they behave more predictably on Zone.
- Early settings, sidebar, toolbar, watchlist, and growl tweaks plus a lot of bug fixes.
Version 0.6.1
- Initial public extension: quick navigation ideas, safer clicks, and early polish on Definedge Zone.
